Demographics

This area covers the management of the demographic information of the recipients of coverage, including access to Ontario's shared demographic information. Note that demographics for recipients who are enrolled in family plans can also be maintained as part of the coverage application process. The coverage application process also handles the management of 'families' for family-based coverage. (Otherwise, families would also have been included in this section.)
